2. Services Provided

American Force Proud Hosting provides game server hosting services, including server deployment, hosting panel access, customer support, and related infrastructure. Service availability, performance, and features may vary based on plan, configuration, maintenance, network conditions, and third-party providers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content, files, scripts, plugins, and configurations uploaded to your server.
• You must keep your account, hosting panel login, and billing portal access secure.
• You may not use our services for illegal activity, abuse, harassment, malware, phishing, denial-of-service activity, or any activity that harms our network, customers, or reputation.
• You are responsible for making backups of important server files unless a written backup service is specifically included in your plan.

4. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to pay invoices, disputed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in service suspension, termination, or deletion. Pricing, features, and plan availability may change at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available at team discretion. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund decisions may consider service usage, account standing, abuse history, payment status, support history, and any applicable third-party processing limitations.

6. Suspension and Termination

American Force Proud Hosting may suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices, chargebacks, abuse, policy violations, security risks, or activity that negatively affects our systems or customers. Cancelled or terminated services may result in loss of data. Customers should maintain their own backups.

7. Support

Support is provided through our official support channels. We aim to provide timely assistance, but response times are not guaranteed. Support may be limited for third-party scripts, custom code, broken resources, or software not directly provided by American Force Proud Hosting.

8. Uptime and Maintenance

We work to provide reliable hosting and strong uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network issues, attacks, hardware problems, provider outages, or events outside our control. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may be performed when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

American Force Proud Hosting is not responsible for lost data, lost revenue, lost players, server misconfiguration, third-party software issues, outages outside our control, or damages caused by customer actions. Services are provided on an as-available basis.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
